Group Booking Policy - Bookings of 4 nights and above or bookings of 3 rooms or more will need to book directly with The Northumberland Arms. A 25% deposit will be required up front and the balance will be due 14 days in advance of the booking. If guests need to cancel, they will need to do so one month in advance of their booking, otherwise their deposit will be non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable rates are non-refundable.Flexible rates allow the guest to cancel free of charge until 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within the 2 days before arrival.Group Bookings - guests will have paid 25% up front and will need to cancel one month in advance of their stay, otherwise they will lose their deposit.
